Achieving a Balance

achieving a balance

Achieving a Personal and Professional Balance looks at life from a holistic model and builds on the pieces that make up your life. The six areas in this program include:

  1. Spirit takes into consideration the importance of Ritual & Ceremony, Breath, Light, Culture, Behavior, and Customs.
  2. Emotion which is influenced by one's Thoughts, Dreams, Visions, Language, Words, and the Dance when it all comes together.
  3. Intellect includes Communication, Symbolism, Understanding, History, Process and Change.
  4. Physical Wellbeing takes into consideration Health, Food Sources, Exercise, Environment, Safety and Internal relations.
  5. Relations with the Self, Central, External, Commitment to Others, Belief Systems and your place in Community are identified.
  6. Financial includes attention to Education, Training, Work, Skills, Savings and Goals.

Afterward participants are invited to make a personal commitment to exploring one new item a week. The words are written in a forward thought process that gently prompts a person to do things such as: meditate, create, remind, redefine, clarify, describe, cultivate, start, identify, expand, play, place, choose, watch, know, change, visualize, make, decide, explore, study, describe, renew, indicate, enroll, modify, understand, consult, review and increase personal and professional wellbeing.
